This luxury three bedroom apartment is two storied with a bedroom and ensuite bathroom upstairs. On the lower level is the laundry Two bedrooms, bathroom, open plan lounge, kitchen, dining opening out to front and back private decks.
The apartment is without its own private carpark however safe (free) public parking is available.
All long weekends have a minimum of 3 nights stay.
From the 15th December till the 15th January is a minimum of 5 nights stay
Rest of the year is a minimum of 2 nights stay.

No parties or gatherings.
The apartments sleeps four people no extra people allowed. If extra people are discovered this will result in termination of your rental agreement.
The awning at the Strand Apartment is remote-controlled (remote is labeled). Please use the awning only in suitable weather—avoid using it in rain or strong winds, and retract it if the breeze becomes too strong. Ensure the awning is retracted and not left open overnight. Note: The awning is unavailable from 1st June to 1st October due to seasonal weather conditions.
